Are you searching for a cattery near me that you can trust? You are in the right place! We offer a range of different services for your feline friend that offer comfort and enjoyment.
Each of our individual rooms is purposefully built with cat comfort, enrichment and top to bottom cleaning in mind. Every room includes warm bedding, high level climbing fixtures, high level hammocks, scratch points and cat toys. This is alongside individual heat lamps, food and water bowls and litter trays, with regular cleaning to the highest standards.
Inspired by holiday destinations, such as city breaks and tropical paradises, our colourful themed rooms include all the features of our standard cattery rooms. However, they have a creative twist. Think ‘Mew York Kitty’, ‘Catapulco’ or the ‘Meowi’ tropical getaway, (complete with a wall-mounted surfboard!).
We regularly support elderly cats and cats with medical needs. Our fully-trained staff are prepared to host cats with conditions including diabetes, epilepsy, lack of sight or hearing, limited mobility and daily medication. Where climbing or jumping is more difficult, we can include low level arrangements and ramps instead of steps.
When choosing a cattery near me, many cat parents look for trained staff and a clean, safe space. This is why our mantra has always been Welfare, Communication and Hygiene. Hence, our facility and services are purposefully designed to ensure an enjoyable and stress-free stay for your treasured feline companion.
Our team holds a range of qualifications, including a Diploma in Kennel & Cattery Management, a Level 3 Award in First Aid for Kittens and Cats, and a Level 3 Award in Feline Behaviour & Psychology. We are also proud to have been named ‘Most Trusted Local Cattery 2023’ and ‘Most Trusted Local Cattery 2024 – South Wales’ at the SME Welsh Enterprise Awards.
We take pride in offering a bespoke service for each of our customers. Therefore, we go above and beyond the conventional norms of pet care. For example, from trained support to comfortable living quarters, our team is fully committed to your cat’s well-being.
Before your cat’s stay, we like to learn more about them, including their usual eating habits, the food and flavours they like or dislike, their usual behaviour, their preferred litter type and whether they like brushing. We also collect emergency and vet information, administer prescribed medication through trained staff, and encourage you to contact us at any time for an update on your cat.
On departure day, our team shares an overview of your cat’s activities during their stay, including a few choice photos of their adventures, if requested.
Finding the right cattery near me can feel like a big decision. For your peace of mind, we offer appointments for anyone who would like to look around our Pontypridd cattery before booking. During your visit, our team will talk you through our daily routines, the features of our rooms, and the professional care we provide our feline guests, including elderly cats and those with special needs.
Standard rooms start from £18 per night for one cat, and Destination Resort Rooms start from £21.60 per night for one cat, with sharing rates available for up to four cats.
