This was the first time we needed to have our cat stay away from home, and we could not have asked for any better – especially over the busy festive period! We had a recommendation and booking was easy, with minimum fuss. The same can be said about dropping off and picking up – it was straightforward, stress free and just meeting Sara put you at ease and it was clear that she would be in good hands. The pens are well equipped (our cat now wants a hammock at home) and she seemed to settle pretty quickly, which was brilliant. All in all, would definitely recommend and it’s made finding somewhere for her to stay in the future so much easier!
